We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join our team at Cutis Internatinal Cosmetic Clinic (Sharjah branch). As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our clinic. Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and product purchases both in person and over the phone.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic\'s appointment schedule efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Sales: Promote and sell clinic services, packages, and retail products to clients based on their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about treatments and products, and upsell additional services as appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the skincare and beauty products offered by the clinic. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and usage instructions to effectively assist clients and drive sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing inventory levels of retail products.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that clients have a positive and memorable experience at the clinic by delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including aestheticians and practitioners, to coordinate client appointments and deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role or customer service, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to confidently promote products and services.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
  • A passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness, with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Language:
  • English, Malayalam and Hindi, (Required)
