We are excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity in the new Virtual Reality Park branch located in RAK mall. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Make bookings.
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and address any inquiries they may have.
• Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and phone calls received.
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Maintain the general office filing system.
• Making sales
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in English and Arabic language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
