We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service . Manage office reception duties, including scheduling and paperwork . Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations . Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment Requirements: . Female candidate preferred . Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred) . Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
