Receptionist/administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Receptionist & Admin to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Tadbeer process and the ability to manage up to 200 employees, specifically for a domestic cleaning company. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and team members, handling administrative tasks and providing creative support for social media and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Manage and maintain records related to employee administration, including those required for the Tadbeer process.
• Coordinate with Tadbeer centres for visa processing, medicals and other necessary documentation for employees.
• Oversee and support managing up to 200 employees for a domestic cleaning company, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
• Design and create engaging graphics, videos and content for social media, using Adobe, Canva, Capcut and other tools.
• Assist with social media management and maintain a consistent brand presence online.
• Perform additional administrative tasks required to support the HR and recruitment teams.

Requirements:

• Arabic & English is must have.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
• Expert knowledge of the Tadbeer process, with experience managing documentation and processes for employees.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools, Canva and Capcut.
• Strong social media management skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently.

Skills and Qualities:

• Office Software: Windows, Email Writing, Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, ERP.
• Management: Time and people management.
• Creative : Ability to develop fresh and engaging content for various platforms.
• Graphic Designing : Proficiency in Capcut and Canva for creating visually appealing content.
• Content Creation : Strong understanding of trends and best practices for content in the recruitment and HR industry.
