Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized

Receptionist

who also brings creative flair and experience in

social media marketing

. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-desk duties and digital engagement. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also managing and growing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and assist visitors and clients Answer and direct phone calls and emails Manage scheduling, appointments, and general office admin tasks Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment
Social Media Marketing Duties:

Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Respond to comments and messages promptly Monitor analytics and suggest improvements Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirments:

3+ experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Experience with tools like Canva, or similar Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently

Personal Attributes:

A proactive, self-starter attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks, ensuring high-quality results even in busy or challenging situations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to finding solutions. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
