As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a receptionist in a law office is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Language required : English and Arabic is a plus
