Writing and preparing reports and submitting them to the officials.
Receiving calls and transferring them to the specialized staff.
Setting and recording appointments with clients.
Receive and respond to e-mail messages.
Respond to incoming telephone calls and transfer such calls to the concerned parties
Respond to queries relating to in house activities and functions and/or direct callers to the concerned party/appropriate source of information
Record complaints and suggestions into the complaint and suggestions electronic tracking system
Manage the main e-mail system of in house and other telecommunication systems by preparing/receiving of messages and forwarding such messages to the concerned parties
Forward emergency telephone calls to concerned personnel mobile phones in case such telephone calls are received outside normal office hours
Forward enquiries received outside normal office hours, by e-mail, to the concerned parties
Maintain the equipment and tools used and inform Senior Officer \xe2\x80\x93 Contact Center in case of any problems
Handle all issues with courtesy as per client image and standards
Collect feedback on customer satisfaction through feedback surveys and SLAs
Carry out administrative functions such as coordination of guests, managing event logistics etc. in accordance with the policies and procedures of client
