Greet clients, customers, visitors, and candidates in the office; assist them with locating the office and occasionally assisting them with parking within the premises.
Manage incoming telephone calls, route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages when necessary, ensuring effective communication within the office.
Assist both the Directors in all admins related matters such as typing of correspondences, reports, memorandum, meeting room bookings, taking of minutes of meeting etc. and other contractual obligation concerning Property Development dealings
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office, such as maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and assisting with data entry or filing tasks
Coordinate with the sales team for potential leads that come through our email or through our door.
