Job Description

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude and serve water and tea / coffee to guests.
  • Announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office/warehouse.
  • Maintaining visitor logs.
  • Preparing and organizing schedules of meeting rooms.
  • Takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office and pantry supplies.
  • Responsible for booking flight tickets which includes amendments, cancellations, flight timing information and PO/invoice reconciliation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HOD Procurement and Logistics.
  • Assist and support with general administrative tasks and office duties as required.
