Position Title: Receptionist

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 2.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, food, transportation

Handle a full cycle of high standard guest check-In and check-out: Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Handle guest departures, collect payments, and provide accurate invoices.
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person and assist guests with modifying or canceling their reservations, based on hotel policies.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services and offer recommendations and assist guests in planning local activities or sightseeing.
Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment processes.
Prepare reports, such as occupancy statistics or guest feedback, as required by the management.
