:Aldar Education is seeking a Receptionist (UAEN) to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE - Nov 2024.The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.Responsibilities:The School Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the school\'s front desk. The primary responsibility is to manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist students, parents, and staff with their inquiries.Duties and Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management; Be present to:
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Student and Parent Support:
Assist students and parents with inquiries regarding general school activities, schedules and information.
Distribute and collect forms, permissions slips, and other relevant documents.
Administrative Support:
Provide clerical support to school staff as needed, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist in managing school events, meetings, and appointments.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff, both in person and through various communication channels.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of student early / late attendance and visitor\'s log.
Assist in updating and maintaining student information databases.
Specific Duties:
Assist with tasks assigned as and when required by the management team.
Undertake any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the post.
Perform other duties as requested by direct and dotted line reporting Manager / SLT.
Qualifications:
UAE National only.
Bachelor\'s degree in relevant position.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer / Service role in the region.
Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
