Sky View Real Estate is looking for a Receptionist role ( UAE National only). Freshers UAE Nationals can also apply. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Inform other employees of visitors\xe2\x80\x99 arrivals or cancellations
- Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Following up with clients
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is desorable.
