Job Description
As a Receptionist, your main responsibility will be greeting and guiding customers to the appropriate sales executives within the showroom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them in finding the sales executive that suits their needs. In addition to greeting customers, you will also be responsible for providing information on current sales promotions and offers, ensuring that customers are well-informed and able to make informed decisions. You will track the daily inflow of customers in the showroom and schedule follow-up calls and appointments as needed. We, at E.K.Kanoo, are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Receptionist in our showroom. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, or a combination of experience and education. A High School or Secondary school certificate is required.
