Represent our company's product and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with the consumers research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office while keeping our smile and positive attitude.
open the patients file on the system and update the file as per booked service.
Making confirmation for the booked appointment per each patient and department, informing for any cancelation and rescheduling if necessary, depending on the situation.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and rooms for getting the procedures.
Make sure waiting area is not overcrowded all the time and serving the patient smoothly and quickly.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls when needed or direct to call back sheet
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Doing outbound calls to minimize The NO SHOW percentage when required.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for Cash and debit sales.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Maintaining a clean workspace.
Perform analytical and data entry task
Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates
Confidentially manage patient accounts
Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
Provide patient information and recommended procedures & treatments
Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
Assist in locating funding for special procedures or other patient needs
Scan documents into patient charts
Advise patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care.
Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices
Provide community resources and referrals for continuing care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
