We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in a manufacturing company. The successful candidate will handle administrative, human resources, and project-related tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage front desk operations, receive visitors, and handle phone calls
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative duties
Human Resources:
• Maintain daily attendance and submit to HR Manager
• Receiving and submitting leave forms of employees
• Assisting in works assigned by HR Manager
Project Support:
• Assist project with documentation, reporting, and data entry
• Maintain project files, records, and databases
Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and project management tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
