Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team.
Job Duties:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents as requested.
• Address inquiries and provide information about the company, its services, and ongoing projects.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Experience:
• Proven 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Other Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment.
