We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Sharjah office.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
•Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
•Manage the front desk, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
•Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
•Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
•Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
•Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
•Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
•Handle staff-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
•Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
•Strong knowledge and experience in staff handling.
•Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for effective data management and reporting.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
