Responsibilities :
1. Greet visitors and employees as they arrive, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answer incoming calls, screen and forward them, and take accurate messages when necessary. Maintain a professional & helpful
telephone manner.
3. Assist visitors with check-ins, ensure they are comfortable, and inform employees of visitor arrivals.
4. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist in sending outgoing mail and packages. Maintain records of deliveries and shipments.
5. Manage meeting room bookings and appointments. Keep track of employee schedules and communicate any changes or delays.
6. Be aware of office security procedures and maintain a secure and safe working environment. Monitor and grant access to authorized personnel.
7. Provide administrative support to various departments, such as data entry, filing, and assistance with document management tasks.
8. Monitor and order office supplies and ensure that the reception area is well-stocked and organized.
9. Ensure that the reception area and common spaces are clean and organized, report maintenance issues, and assist with health & safety protocols.
10. Maintain a record of visitors, appointments, and sign-in/out procedures as required for security and tracking purposes.
11. Keep employees informed of important announcements, visitor arrivals, and any special instructions or events.
Requirements:
1. Visit Visa
2. 2-3 years Experience's in the same role
3. Bachelors Degree
4. Can Join Immediately

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
