Receptionist

Job Description

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Focal point for transmitting & receiving documents.
  • Maintain register for project communication.
  • Ensure project documentation are completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Data base management
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  • Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
  • Act as contact point to provide letter number.
  • Maintain letter log
  • File documents in physical and digital records
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
