Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception
Responsible for keeping stock and ordering office supplies, stationery, etc. as per the set schedule
Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
Organize meetings, setting up conference rooms
Assist in providing general office management support to the Office Manager, facilities maintenance, Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Assist in coordination of operational purchases; create requisitions and Purchase orders in the system
Update internal telephone directory on a regular basis
Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally
Performa all job functions with adherence to Bloom\'s Philosophy and Values
Required Skills
1-2 years experience in administrative support role - proactive, efficient, trustworthy and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
Education level - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Dept. as and when required
