Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will provide a positive and welcoming experience, handle front desk operations, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
