Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Reservation Management
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure special requests, such as early check-ins or specific room preferences, are fulfilled.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
Prepare reports on room occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements.
Upselling and Revenue Maximization
Promote resort amenities, services, and upgrades to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
Offer personalized recommendations for dining, spa treatments, and activities within the resort.
Compliance and Standards
Follow all resort policies, procedures, and brand standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
Proficiency in using property management systems (e.g., Opera)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
