We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist with proficiency in Excel to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a working knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
4. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
5. Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, organize data, and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and format spreadsheets, use formulas, and manipulate data.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
7. Freshers are welcome.
8.English and Arabic speakers are preferred
