• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest details and transactions in the property management system.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

### Requirements:


• Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry (pre-opening experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
