Job Description

Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the Institute. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. Manage the sending of mails and creating invoices Perform admin and accounting duties for the office as requested Requirements Good telephone, verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation Good organizing and planning skills Shows attention to detail and Initiative Please send your resume/CV
