Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the Institute. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
