We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team, also capable for Sales co-ordination. (prefer - lady staff) Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment Handle scheduling, mail, and general administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and phone systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
