We are looking for a receptionist preferably Filipina to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, willing to join immediately. Responsibilities . Greet and welcome guests. . Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. . Answer and screen phone calls, attend to emails, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. . Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area. . Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email . Receive, sort and distribute daily documents and mail/deliveries. . Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook). . Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Requirements and skills . Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. . Proficiency and familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite. . Good written and verbal communication skills. . Understand and apply best practices for registering, processing, and maintaining documents. . Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. . Professional and Customer service attitude. Please send your CV
