We are looking for Receptionist for one of our Four Star hotel in Bahrain, Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, following hotel procedures. Answer and direct phone calls, handle reservations, and manage inquiries. Assist guests with requests, providing information about the hotel, services, and local attractions. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficient in Hotel operating Software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
