We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our 4* star hotel in Bahrain, Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception. Check guests in and out of their accommodations efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements. Manage reservations, including booking and cancellations, using the hotel's reservation system. Handle guest payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and address any maintenance issues promptly. Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and answering phone calls. Requirements: Good command in Arabic and English Communication Previous experience in a front office in hotels preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer software and reservation systems.
