A leading Company in the kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ Receptionist/ Front Office : .Greeting and assisting of clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner .Direct persons to correct destination .Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members .Maintain the reception area neat and tidy .Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc. .Check, sort and forward emails to the appropriate staff .Prepare the minutes of meetings .Responding to email query .Perform other duties as assigned.
