We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
• Greet visitors and customers in a professional manner
• Handle queries from the public and customers, directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness at all times
• Coordinate conference and meeting room bookings
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
• Assist in sending documents and packages as needed
• Utilize Jafza Portal for tasks such as Gate Pass management
• Manage order and purchase requisitions for office supplies and staff business cards
• Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
• Create and organize physical and digital files
• Index relevant files into appropriate databases for easy retrieval
• Prepare documents for shipping and mailing
• Complete online registration documents for vendors and suppliers
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Generate basic reports using Excel

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working in JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) preferred.
