As the Receptionist and General Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic\'s appointment calendar
Handling patient registration and updating patient records accurately
Coordinating with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow
Assisting with billing and processing payments
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Providing general administrative support to the clinic, including managing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and handling other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental clinic
A total of 5 years of overall work experience in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be a plus)
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
