As the Receptionist and General Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerManaging incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff memberScheduling appointments and managing the clinic\'s appointment calendarHandling patient registration and updating patient records accuratelyCoordinating with dental staff to ensure timely patient flowAssisting with billing and processing paymentsMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception areaProviding general administrative support to the clinic, including managing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and handling other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental clinicA total of 5 years of overall work experience in the UAEExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalismFluency in English (Arabic language skills would be a plus)A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
