We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of car brands, parts, and repair/services. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing estimates, and following up with customers and suppliers. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus. Proficiency in web, social media, and email communication is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the Garage.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Provide basic information about car, parts, and repair/services required.
• Contact customers to discuss their service needs and prepare accurate estimates.
• Follow up with customers regarding their service status and provide updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and service-related inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
• Manage customer records and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize web, social media, and email platforms to communicate with clientele.
• Assist with administrative/procurement tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of car brands, parts, and repair/services.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Proficient in using web, social media, and email communication tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
