Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Manage daily office tasks, including handling mail and scheduling appointments.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.
Provide information to visitors and answer any inquiries they may have.
Qualifications
Friendly and approachable personality.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is not mandatory.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
