Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who visit Synergy Healing Centre or contact point to learn about Synergy products and services.
The successful candidate will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper therapy/treatment room and inform the assigned Therapist of their arrival
• Complete the online registration process for new clients
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Process transactions (credit cards) and send email receipts to clients
• Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures, gift cards and newsletter email shots)
• Update client records/profiles with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist in a wellness centre/ Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment, computer literate
• Familiarity with processing transactions
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
• Solid organisation and record-keeping skills
• An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
• High School diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5.00 per month

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
