We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Ajman Branch who is currently available in UAE.
Handle multiple tasks & manage all admin activities related to various departments.
Coordinate with HR for office activities.
Maintain the stationary stock.
Assist with the office documentation as required.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing posts, and possibly security-related tasks
Serve refreshments to visitors as needed.
Ensure office premises are tidy and presentable at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
