Job description:
•
• Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Responsible for maintaining the reception facilities and ensuring the resources are used efficiently.
• Handle general administrative tasks like emailing and updating calendars.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls , providing information, taking messages .
• Follow up all prospect clients.
General Conditions:
• Proficiency in English & Arabic language, spoken and written.
• Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs.
• Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality.
• 2 Years Front Desk Experience (Experience of UAE is a plus)
