We are seeking a professional and welcoming Emirati Receptionist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional reception experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the team.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, document handling, and data entry.
• Coordinate with the real estate agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle mail and courier services.
Requirements:
• Emirati national with a valid UAE ID.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
