Greet and welcome clients/guests and connect them to concerned person.
Daily general works (Replying to mails from clients, colleagues, Adhoc works related follow-up, AMC projects related follow-up, etc.
Helpdesk Hotline (24x7) - After office hours
Requesting/follow-ups for Materials procurement for execution of ADHOC works (retails).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Communicate with building security regarding some building issues or requirement and communicate with corresponding community managers
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing etc.
Support operation team in some admin works.
Coordinate regarding AMC and Vendors.
Ensure the implementation of PPM schedule and reactive completion in CAFM.
Maintaining the decorum and cleanliness of the office
Sorting vendor invoices for accounts purposes.
Preparing work completion report for all ADHOC & Reserve Fund works.
Preparation of Cash Advance when required for carrying out ADHOC works till its been approved and payments are done to specialized vendors.
Carrying out Quotation follow ups and approvals.
All AMC Sites coordination/Monitoring with regards to daily Ops, Adhoc works related to inside apt or common areas
