Key Responsibilities:Appointment Booking & Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, or patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
Maintain an organized appointment calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Provide necessary details regarding services, pricing, and procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update client/patient records in the system.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and document filing.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial transactions.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Order and manage office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
