Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage office calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide general support to clients and staff as needed.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus). No prior experience required - fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Availability to work flexible hours if needed.
