Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:
Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Ensure all visitors are logged in and issued with visitor badges, as required by company policies.
Handling Incoming Calls:
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate message-taking and call direction.
Direct calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and address customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
Administrative Support:
Manage office appointments, schedules, and reservations for visitors and clients.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Customer Service:
Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
Address inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner, drawing on previous UAE experience with diverse clientele.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Managing Office Supplies:
Oversee and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring they are replenished as needed.
Ensure that office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) is in good working condition.
Cultural Sensitivity & Professionalism:
Leverage prior UAE experience to maintain professionalism in a multicultural environment.
Demonstrate cultural awareness and respect when interacting with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
Other Duties:
Assist in other tasks and projects as required by management.
Uphold company policies and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced work environment is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills in both English (additional language skills are a plus).
Proficient in using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and software (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of UAE business practices is advantageous.
