We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Arab to Worldd Consulting an immigration services company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks, while also playing an active role in generating sales through outbound calls. This hybrid role requires an enthusiastic personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage both client-facing and sales activities effectively.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to general inquiries regarding immigration services and transferring calls to the appropriate team members.
Respond to client emails and provide detailed information about available immigration services.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients and staff members.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and couriers efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring information is entered into the
company's database.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in a receptionist, tele sales, or customer service role, preferably in an immigration.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
