We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service in our Dubai office. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth communication between clients, visitors, and staff.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff promptly and effectively.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to uphold a professional image.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure all security procedures are followed, including signing in visitors and issuing passes.
Provide general support to other departments as required.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, or Hindi) is a plus.
