We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office or hotel. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, preparing reports, and managing calendars. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Requirements:Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills.
