Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Manage booking and scheduling of meeting rooms.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Greet the clients and make coffee for the clients
• Should act as a care taker.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Assist in the coordination and organization of company events or meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
