Client is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a positive and welcoming experience. The Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the front desk.Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant individuals.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments for CEO and employees.
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
Address inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner.
Monitor pantry and stationery supplies.
Collaborate with security and facilities personnel to ensure a secure and safe environment.
Salary: AED 70000 to10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Requirements Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic Excel would be highly appreciated.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
