We are currently looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to the office. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Provide information to visitors and employees as needed. Handle inquiries and requests from customers, clients, and employees. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
