We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage and maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Update and maintain contact lists and office directories. Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Please send your CV
